Recommendations disclaimer
SupplyOrca provides forecasts and replenishment recommendations to support your decisions. These are estimates based on the data available and do not guarantee outcomes. You remain responsible for your purchasing decisions.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyOrca is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
