Are there hidden charges?
No. Right now, you have access to the full system without any hidden fees. We are working on adding a team function which allows you to track user activity and set permissions, but this is still in development.
What counts as a "product"?
A product is a single SKU in your catalogue. Suppliers, customers and sales records don't count toward your product limit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is available and comes at a discount versus paying monthly.
Is it hard to get started?
Not at all. We have created templates that allow you to upload your existing data in a form that is directly compatible with our system. Additionally, we can help walk you through it and get you going.
